Vista has it all going on these days: brewhouses making great beer and great places to drink that beer. Tonight’s team-up is Flying Pig’s Chef Marco Moser and Cicerone Stacey Marshall & Booze Brothers’ brewmaster, Donny Firth. Five special course and pairings:

1st:
Local beet brined Scottish salmon belly, marinated baby shiitake, pear anise mignonette, tarragon.
2nd:
Fuyu persimmon, house made pancetta, smoked clam purslane, pink peppercorn a la minute ricotta & whey emulsion with Snow Blind Belgian Wit
3rd:
Stone ground Dijon laminated pappardelle, wild boar ragu, manchego cheese with Easy Rider Brown Ale
4th:

Bacon burger powerhouse, Slater’s 50/50 (you figure out the ratio) is creating a dinner tonight with Green Flash Brewing. Owner and Founder, Scott Slater will be in attendance along with the house Cicerone, Mark Schultz, and Green Flash’s Director of Beer Education, Dave Adams, so ask LOTS of questions. With 7 courses and 7 beers this promises to be a bacchanalian gut buster of a Beer Week dinner. The menu:
